1. Service Description

Parsefy provides APIs and SDKs that allow developers to extract structured data from uploaded documents. The service is currently in beta, and features may change or be temporarily unavailable without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

To use Parsefy, you must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If using Parsefy on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Beta Program

During the beta period:

• The service is offered free of charge.
• Functionality, performance, and accuracy are still being optimized.
• Parsefy may modify or discontinue beta access at any time.

Feedback from beta users is voluntary and helps us improve the product.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents containing illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material you don't have rights to use.
• Use the API for purposes that violate applicable laws.
• Share or expose API keys publicly.
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

Parsefy reserves the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All Parsefy code, models, SDKs, and documentation are proprietary intellectual property.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded documents and all extracted data.
• By using the API, you grant Parsefy a temporary, limited license to process your data solely to fulfill your request.

6. Accuracy of Output

Parsefy strives for exceptional accuracy but cannot guarantee perfect extraction. All results are provided "as is", without warranties of correctness or suitability for specific purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Parsefy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The total liability of Parsefy, under any claim, shall not exceed USD $100.

8. Termination

You may stop using Parsefy at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
